Review: Hairkunst Salon

Before : No volume at the crown of my head , layers had grown out

After : More layers , more volume and my hair feels lighter

View from the back : my hair is still long at the back as I requested for my hair to not be too short

I have been visiting Hairkunst since they first opened their salon. At that time there was only Bambang, Jojo & Dwen . Every customer will be treated with 5 star treatment . You will be pampered with foot massage, a drink of your choice and free wifi. My hairdresser here is Jojo & I dare say that if you bring any picture of a celebrity etc of a certain hairstyle that you want , she will give you the exact style! It been a few years i have been loyal to this salon and i DO NOT trust anyone else with my hair. I know a lot of girls having a bad hair cut that will make them cry and even do not want to go out of their house haha Obviously this won't happen if you visit this salon =D

Review: My Lip Stuff lip balm in Rainbow Sherbet

My sister bought this together with me when i purchased the upside down pineapple flavour. We ~~tasted~~ i mean tested each other's balm LOL and i would say i REGRET not purchasing this tube. It's the MOST ADDICTIVE flavour i have tried . It tastes even better then the Rainbow Sherbet from Baskin Robbins , because the BR one is quite sour < me do not like > hehe

Some reviewers say it tastes like Skittles but to me its waay better. All the fruits were blended perfectly to give the perfect concotion of the rainbow sherbet * drools*. Heavenly for this very hot weather in Malaysia

This is definitely going to be my next purchase!

Review: My Lip Stuff lip balm in Red Velvet Cake

Red Velvet is one of my favourite deserts but sadly this tube i got was too sweet for my liking.It feels as if i smeared the cream cheese frosting all over my lips *two thumbs down* . This was my second tube that i bought and compared to the Upside Down Pineapple Cake flavour, i did not feel the urge to constantly apply it to my lips 24/7 =( Will try other flavours instead of repurchasing this flavour .

I am not sure if i got a bad tube that overdosed on the flavour or maybe this suits fanatical red velvet fans only =D Still, its moisturizing properties are the same as the previous tube , no worries !

Review: My Lip Stuff lip balm in Pineapple Upside Down Cake

No, this is not a food review OR a receipe review. The item i'm reviewing is a lip balm! Since the tube all comes in the same design i have put up a picture to tantalize your tastebuds =P

Although i have never tasted a pineapple upside down cake, this lip balm perfectly balances the vanilla flavour with the tangy taste of pineapple.The PERFECT balm for people who cannot stand the too sweet flavour of vanilla ;) I just can't stop re-applying it the whole day especially during class as i sit directly in front of the air-con .It is the most moisturizing lipbalm i have ever used plus i finished the whole tube in a very short period.

This is my first purchase from MY LIP STUFF MALAYSIA and i would definitely purchase more =D * licks lips* especially since its stevia sweetened !

Spoil yourself: Saw this at Miss Selfridge Midvalley for RM179, it was just perfect for class.The formal look is created with a white silky shirt with matching faux croc skin mary janes. While for night time just pair it with a black toga and gold bejewelled sandals ;)

Be economical : Was so lucky to find the exact same pleated black skirt at Beautiful Disaster for only RM55 =)

Last Day of My Chinese New Year Holiday

A lot of things happened during this one week holiday but now im physically/emotionally/mentally free.Me and my bff Aaina are already DAYDREAMING to do our chambering together at the same law firm.Imagine car-pooling together,brekkie together, lunches at KLCC,shopping during lunch at KLCC, shopping after work at KLCC, going to court together etc. Yeah mentioned the word "shopping" too many times , super duper excited! However that certain law firm is one of my options.I have a very very long list of law firms to research on , like what are their field of expertise , pay, distance from my house etc Well ,we'll see how the future goes.Meanwhile , i just gotta study hard for my final sem =) Can't wait to start class on Monday 8)

My Maybank Debit Card Got Stolen!

Unbelievable right?Im NOT the careless type of person that leaves my personal belongings laying around.So the last time i used my Maybank Debit Card was on 25th Dec 2010 where i purchased items from Lasenza Empire Shopping Gallery.I was working part time at one of the shops at Empire that day so during break time me and my co-worker went shopping.I only realized my card was stolen on 28th Dec 2010 when i wanted to pay for my purchases at Playground Boutique through maybank2u.com.my To my shock i had no money in my bank account.

It was stated i had purchased item from Adidas ,Sasa & Tangs Empire ,and also around Taipan area on 25th and 26th dec 2010.I quickly checked my purse and yes, my card was definitely MISSING! Acting fast, i called Sasa and Adidas Empire to ask who had used my card based on date and amount in my bank statement.

The Adidas worker called me back informing me that they had found the person caught on CCTV.So i just had an inkling that it was one of my co-workers as my handbag was put in the shop's locker so who else had access through my bag right. Me , my dad n sis rushed to Sasa and interviewed the girl who serviced the THIEF and asked her to describe the person and what she bought.( Double eylid sticker + lip brush WTFF!). The SASA salesgirl told me she was wearing a Loreal t shirt and was Chinese-------------> starightaway i KNEW it was the co-worker i had gone window shopping with! However, to see Sasa's cctv we had to show them a copy of the police report.

Thus we continued our investigation at Adidas and thankfully we could see their CCTV-------> CONFIRMED MY CO-WORKER STOLE MY CARD ,she even signed my name, with WRONG spelling.Even the sales guy noticed that she was CHINESE but signed a MALAY name.D'uhh

To cut the story short i confronted her by informing her on the punishment for THEFT ( around 7 years jail , fine or both) and FORGERY ( around 2 years jail / fine or both) Thank God i studied Law =P

She got so scared she paid me back plus the RM12 for me to apply for a new card =D
I just hope she learns her lesson and NEVER repeat what she did to others !
